| 職務内容 | Position: PLANNING DIRECTOR Department: Strategic Planning Reporting Lines Head of Strategic Planning (Executive Director of Strategy) Principal Working Relationships Clients, Creative teams, Account teams, Research / Analytics external partners Preferred work experience More than 10 years of advertising or marketing related experience Key Responsibilities ？Ensures overall quality of Agency strategic communication initiatives, including (but not limited to) strategic communication proposals, creative briefing documents, agency research / consumer understanding and insight initiatives ？Ensures the effective collaboration of strategic planning personnel with creative and account teams ？Effectiveness awards strategy and entries ？Delivery against effectiveness award targets ？Promotes a broad understanding of research, analytical and lateral thinking skills amongst non-planning client facing personnel |
